What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with their original tags attached.

How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at info@sydneywardrobe.com to obtain a return number and detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

What are your processing times?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

What are your delivery options and costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer both Standard Delivery (5–8 working days) and Express Delivery (3–5 working days) options.

Who are your delivery partners?
We use reliable courier services throughout Australia, including Australia Post, Fastway, StarTrack, TNT, and FedEx.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver only within Australia.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
